Raymond W. Pelley, beloved husband of Katharine Elaine Pelley (nee Carroll), devoted father of Raymond W. (Nikki) Pelley Jr., Anne B. (Tim) Guthrie, and Susan C. Pelley, loving grandfather Matthew, Katharine, Peter, Noah, Grace, Andrew, and Ruth, brother of the late Barbara Johnston, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014, age 89 years. Resident of Montgomery, Ohio.
