John H Banks ’48

John H Banks (90) of Indian River Shores, Florida, died Saturday, February 15, 2014, at his home. He was born in New York City and had been a resident of Indian River Shores for 21 years, coming from Scarsdale, New York. Mr. Banks was a graduate of the Pomfret School, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He was also a veteran of the United States Army, having served during WWII. He attended Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach, Florida. Mr. Banks was a member of Johns Island Club and Quail Valley Club both of Vero Beach and Shenorock Shore Club in Rye, New York.
